Will is a Level 4 USA Hockey certified coach with over 10 years of coaching experience from mites to ACHA college hockey. Will grew up playing for the Jr. Blue Hens and Delaware Ducks. He began coaching while attending college, working with the Jr. Blue Hens youth program and serving as the Head Coach of the University of Delaware ACHA Men's Division 3 team. After graduation, he was named Hockey Director at Klick Lewis Arena in Pennsylvania, where he also coached youth travel with the Palmyra Black Knights and served as the PSU Harrisburg ACHA head coach. Will later moved to Texas to become Hockey Programs Manager at the Dallas StarsCenter in McKinney, helping oversee player development initiatives and programming. Most recently, he spent two seasons behind the bench with the Delmarva Raptors’ 12U team. Will brings a strong development-first philosophy and a deep commitment to growing the game at every level.
